What the hell am i witnessing

Sometimes, the conversation goes on a tangent and doesn’t progress, and today seemed to be one of those days.

On a side note, Prophet’s prediction actually came true, solidifying his reputation as a legit prophet.

My name is Ayano Nagashima.
I’m the talent behind Nano Seiso, a first-generation member of the major VTuber agency, Imananji.
I have short black hair, nano.
I stand at 155 cm tall, and my weight? That’s top secret, nano.
But I do think I’m on the slimmer side, nano.

Honestly, I believe my popularity as a VTuber was mostly luck.
Initially, my job search began with my mom looking for something even a socially awkward NEET like me could do.
She thought I could make something out of my gaming skills.
Surprisingly, my application was accepted.
I was shocked.
I couldn’t believe someone like me would get a chance to be in the spotlight.
But I mustered up the courage to go to the interview.
I was so nervous that I blanked out at first.
However, the staff calmly encouraged me.

They were so kind to someone like me.
That’s when I realized I just had to think of the interview like a VTuber stream.

So, I tried acting as Nano Seiso.
And it was a hit.
I passed the interview on the spot.

That was my start, the beginning of my journey as Nano Seiso.

Even then, most of my work was completed within the agency, and I primarily streamed from home.
But after nearly a decade, it’s not uncommon for equipment to break down.
That’s what happened today.

My computer finally gave out, so until a new one is arranged, I have to stream from the office.

While waiting, I noticed a recent off-collab between the popular Fuwari Ukigumo and her favorite indie VTuber, Yuka Shirahime. Normally, I don’t comment on Yuka-chan’s streams, but today, I was bored and decided to give it a try.

The stream ended just before 4 PM.
I had a stream scheduled right after that, so I started just in time.
I played games and had fun with the viewers as usual until 6 PM.
I had decided to stream for only two hours today because I had an appointment at the hair salon.
Even a social recluse like me wants to be stylish, you know.

After wrapping up, I headed out to the salon. To my surprise, I saw Fuwari Ukigumo and a cute girl wearing a cat hoodie and knee socks.

It turns out this was Yuka Shirahime.
No way, it can’t be, nano.
She’s a girl, nano?
But for a socially awkward person like me, Yuka-chan was just too dazzling, nano.
Just talking to her made my heart race nano.
I left earlier than I wanted to hide my nervousness. A shame, nano.
If I hadn’t made that salon appointment, maybe I could have talked to her a bit more, nano.
